I am also having this issue on a fresh install of 10.1.6 with Commerce plugin when I delete a Commerce Product (or child Variation) with Field Permissions. I am logged in admin account. There are no users on this site and not that much complexity as it is just a couple days into dev. Should be simple to reproduce.
