Tried the patch for 10.2.x and it applies cleanly for me but does not fix the issue and I still only see published content in my view.
Seeing this behavior as well. Tried to enable jquery_ui_draggable and droppable and clear the cache but no dice. The upgrade to d10 from 9.5 broke the functionality.
I got this error due to specifying in my composer.json the remote repo for drush wrongly. In effect, I was able to fix this by removing the remote repo from my composer.json and letting drupal generate the composer.lock file itself. Noob problems haha

Was having the same issue, and after my twig tweak update ran sudo service php8.0-fpm restart seemingly successfully, but the error still persists.
