Seems like this was an issue with the Metatag module and the Core Link. When I get some time I am going to try to recreate it on a fresh site and look into it more.

Within the Attaching Configurable Javascript section → Can we get an example of the final step
"Then cuddly-slider.js will be able to access drupalSettings.fluffiness.cuddlySlider.foo and drupalSettings.fluffiness.cuddlySlider.baz , which will have values of 'bar' and 'qux' respectively."
I am struggling to actually get this step to work with Drupal Behaviors
As new to Drupal, it's been extremely helpful to work with others. There should be some mention of connecting IXP to mentors ( https://www.drupal.org/community/mentoring → ). As a one person developer in higher ed, talking with others has been a lifeline
Also not sure what partnership could be done with the Discover Drupal Program ( https://www.drupal.org/association/discover-drupal/details → ). I am not familiar with the history
I also ran into this issue updating from 9.3.5 -> 9.5.9. Also updated from PHP 7.4 -> 8.1
