I have a similar problem, but they are of the submenus that are inside another submenu, the item of the second submenu or dropdown does not come out despite the hierarchy.

Example: 
Item-1
 Subitem-1
 Subitem-2
   Subitem-2-1

Subelement-2-1 that belongs to subelement-2 of Element-1 is not shown.
