As the error showed 'InvalidPluginDefinitionException' and I had ckeditor5_font feature installed, I decided to remove this and install
drupal/ckeditor_font:^2.0@beta' instead.
The error went away for me.
Didn't look further into it, but patches didn't work on my version: 10.1.2

it is important when adding Valid OAuth Redirect URIs in the Facebook loggin settings to make sure a trailing / is present after the end of the URI. Why my desktop version worked anyway - remains a mistery.
