i have updated hook code as per PHPCS Error's.

I created a README.md file for the seo_analyzer module. It includes a brief module description, installation instructions, configuration steps and features. The file also includes a list of current maintainers

I’ve added a hook_help() implementation for the address_suggestion module, which provides an overview of the module's features and use cases. This hook will display helpful information on the module’s help page, detailing key functionalities such as country-specific address suggestions, integration with various fields, and auto-addition of house numbers.

this patch enhances the BirthdayController and BirthdayBlock classes in the birthday_block module by replacing the deprecated Database::getConnection() method with dependency injection for the database connection.
