The Design is currently in an almost finished state, the team had the first review of the case-submission forms, user dashboard and login/logout customer journey. We will finish this in the next couple of days, after the final review is done.
This is done and can reviewed on our newly created staging environment from the team.
In addition to the list of paragraphs from the comments earlier, we have added another paragraph to show the three latest News-Teasers (or all News-Teasers, if necessary)

the Interface Designs for this have been built and agreed upon. We are currently building the drupal forms and user registration and login journey. For this particular feature we are going to split the case submission into multiple custom drupal forms to allow users to manage and submit cases step-by-step. Also we are building a small dashboard that shows all splash awards submissions across multiple awards/years.

Quick update after the first month of work:
- the new UI-Design is being finalized atm
- We have already made the initial website setup for drupal and started theming
- The hosting infrastructure is being discussed, we will provide a staging environment until the final decisions are made
