I have the same issue.
Drupal 10.1.1
CKEditor 5
PHP 8.2.7

Composer gives me the error message that the patch cannot be applied. I am using Honeypot Version 2.1.2 and Drupal Version 10.1.
I don't know if there is another problem or if i am just too stupid ....
Could someone please append the patch to this issue? Thanks! :)
