this patch fix also pending revisions with moderation state and add destination URL.

Before i solve environment usage with this patch.
After my #4 comment is applicable.

this problem prodied since this commit : https://git.drupalcode.org/project/twitter_api_block/-/commit/629e2dfaf8....
With version 4.0.3 there are no problem.
The value of env var is a string json of the style : {"client_id":"XYZ","client_secret":"XYZ"}
