Patch #15 got applied cleanly for Entity Reference UUID version 2.0.x-dev@dev on Drupal 9.5.10.
Checked on upgrade status 4.0.0, the Entity Reference UUID module is now compatible with Drupal 10 and there were no additional deprecation errors.
Reviewed & Tested by Community.
Patch got applied cleanly. It made Layout Builder Clone compatible for D10.
Checked on Upgrade Status no issues found.

Initially, I was unable to update Better Exposed Filters to 6.0.3 from 6.0.2
I used this command to update the Better Exposed Filter with dependencies
composer require 'drupal/better_exposed_filters:^6.0' -W
Which updated the Better Exposed Filter to 6.0.3 and updated the dependencies i.e
from "drupal/jquery_ui_slider": "^1.1", to "drupal/jquery_ui_slider": "^2.0.0"
After which I was able to update the JQuery UI Slider using
composer require 'drupal/jquery_ui_slider:^2.0'

#3 patch get applied cleanly for Entity Clone Inline Blocks 2.0.0-alpha1
Entity Clone Inline Blocks is D10 compatible as scanned by upgrade-status module.
Functionality is working as expected.
Though there is 1 problem listed by Upgrade-Status module, i.e

Error : Drupal\Tests\BrowserTestBase::$defaultTheme is required. See
