My mistake. The error was that in the entity type field, I was entering the machine name of the content type, but I should have entered 'node', and in the value field, the nid, regardless of the content type.
Anyway, there is no point in fetching a content type if no workflow can be performed on the fields of this entity. There are no conditionals in Drupal 10 Rules, and the components also don't work correctly for this.
What is the point of releasing new versions of Drupal if stability is not provided for the main and most important functions of Drupal 7 like Rules. Its a painfull complaint. I know. Sorry for that. Is frustrating to develop simple projects in Drupal 10.
This functionality is so important to Drupal. Basically Rules module and all his D7 functionality are the strong of Drupal.
