I found what causing the issue, it's a Nodequeue relationship, I removed it from the views, and everything working as expected.

I'm facing the same issue, using Drupal 9.5.9 with Views migration version 1.2.6 & Dev version
I imported the content, taxonomies, and users then I triggered the views migration command, the views have been imported successfully,
and the error msg: InvalidArgumentException: A valid cache entry key is required. Use getAll() to get all table data. in Drupal\views\ViewsData->get() (line 140 of core\modules\views\src\ViewsData.php).
