Thank you @dalemoore for the CSS. This works for my case. I am only embedding Vimeo Videos. So default aspect-ratio:16/9 is fine for me.

As mentioned above, the Modul imageinfo_cache is a good workaround for D7. Until we solve the problem, there is a appropriate Module for D9: image_style_warmer. Unfortunately it does not show the image on upload but it generates all Image Style on saving the node.
