Patch to address sender-name being null as well as subject for Drupal 11.1.

The priority should absolutely be bumped up for this - as causes a HARD CRASH on Drupal 11 - and applies to ANY contact form field not used (subject, message, sender name, etc.) - particularly bad for custom contact forms. This is no longer a deprecation error, perhaps a new ticket is required.
