I have the same problem.
I made an update in the old way, admin-extend- available updates and it broke with the same error. The update was recommended from 2.1.3 to 2.2.0. (see screenshot)

Are you still using menu_block module.
Maybe is the theme hook suggestion in one of the menu’s wrong and suggest another theme hook than expected.

The Quick Edit module was deprecated in Drupal 9.5 and removed from core in Drupal 10.
You have to install the Quickedit module for D 10 as a contrib module
The codemirror works with my subtheme solomayo also without any problems.

I advice to read my article on vanderzwetslotenmaker.nl mayo=> solo about the page title. In my case the pagetitle in blocks was placed in content.

You can make an issue on Solo and ask if it is possible.
On my website I made a workaround and the layout now is main-left-right.
I wrote 2 articles on my website how I did the upgrade from d9 to d10 and the change Mayo to Solo vanderzwetslotenmaker.nl
it is also missing in the other menu-breakpoints files.

D9 I switched to Olivero. Removed mayo. Updated to d10 en installed solo. Look at multivocaal.nl
