I have created a twig file in My_Theme/partial/menu1.html.twig path. Now I want to include the same twig file in page.html.twig (My_Theme/templates/layout/page.html.twig). 

Here its mentioned that We can use below include function in twig to include any file there:

{% include '@THEME_NAME/includes/header.html.twig' %}

But its also mentioned that @THEME_NAME denote the path till templates like: My_Theme/templates.

Here in my case how I can include a twig file available in outside of templates folder in page.html.twig?

Here is the patch we need to apply to remove the warnings from Text Formatter section.

@bigmoves - I am also facing the same issue after upgrade to D10. Could you please explain what custom install hooks you have used for fixing this?
