When a D10 release will be available?

In case that we want actually give the user the status or a message that it is pending or rejected, the approve/reject form should be disabled. Currently the form can be still submitted even if the approval/rejection was made.

It prevents and blocks multiple submissions and in this case the user does not get the error message and it will just get redirected to the Membership request page.
