I'm on version 1.0.7.

Where I have a glTF file uploaded to the field, but error shows the filename.bin not found.

If a .bin file is needed for .glTF rendering, I don't see any additional field for the bin file upload.

P/S. my glTF file is exported via Blended. So it has a .bin file along with the .gltf file.
