I wasn't aware of there even being another module. Yours worked and was simple.
I think USAJobs is a niche thing and probably doesn't need competing solutions.

I posted the patch because the previous patches were marked as failed or were not complete.

The patch custom_breadcrumbs.1.x-dev.rector.patch does not bring the module up to d10.
The maintainer needs to upgrade core_version_requirement as well as fix a couple other deprecation type issues.
This patch also fixes the deprecated code in the twig file.
