I've tested this against:

1. Drupal 10.2.6
2. 'drupal/views_rss:2.x-dev@dev'

And image element looks like this:

  <link>http://127.0.0.1:8888/</link>
</image>

This is expected for me... Should something be changed?

It looks like all dependencies have some sort of D10 compatible versions. What do you think?
