It was giving error for me on D10.0.9. I have added to check using class_exists() and working for me.

Updated the patch for the latest 2.x version.

I have enable auth "ALLOW_ADMIN_USER_PASSWORD_AUTH" and added composer require phpseclib/phpseclib:^2.0 . Now it is working for me.
