Here's a patch against version 8.x-1.4.

Sorry, I messed up with the branch versions. Here's a clean patch against the latest dev-branch.

This patch should fix the issue. Please review!

We have still the same issue in 1.4.

We investigated the code and 1.3 seems to look for the vocabulary setting in the right place. 1.4 causes the problem.
