Has anyone found a fix for this?

I am experiencing an issue and was wondering if you found a solution for it. I have tried the fix suggested here: https://git.drupalcode.org/issue/markdown-3409277, but I am still encountering the same problem.
I am using Drupal 10.3.0 and Markdown 3.0.1.
