This makes sense. Adding this for anyone that want to configure how these fields are displayed on the forms.
Just to clarify, the changes to the two fields, Conditional Rendering Action and Conditions, have to be made on the "Manage form display" of the content blocks, not on the content types.

It looks good to me. Now the Cancel link shows in the correct place, and the solution is consistent with how other dialogs in Drupal core do it.
