Hello, I had a similar problem. After upgrading to drupal 9.5, I found that the problem is the previous configuration in views with the owncarousel format. So I went to every related view and change settings for the formatter. We dont have all options, but after saving the configurations, the error dissapear. Cloud be a good idea to build an update in install file to rebuild settings of views and not to have a white screen with error in views related pages. I hope this could be util to someone else.
