I have tested the patch from #3 on Drupal 10 and have found no issues with the Relationship this brings.

Please do note that this does not seem to allow you to join the Feed Item to the Feed record itself. I need the join so that I may expose a filter allowing the user to filter on items specific to the user-selected feed. Currently, the best I can do is expose a filter for the Feed ID rather than the Feed Name.
