I am interested in becoming a maintainer of this project.
I would like to update this to become compatible with Drupal 8-10

Suggested patch tested on Drupal 10.1.2 using Radix Layouts version 8.x-5.x-dev
- The patched module was recognized and installed
- No compatibility errors under /admin/reports/status
- Module functionality tested with core module "Field layout" and works as expected
