Patch for Issue #2986958: Invert visibility of chosen roles for blocks
Here is the patch to invert the visibility of chosen roles for blocks as per Issue #2986958.
This patch introduces a custom block permissions handler that allows inverting the visibility settings for blocks based on roles.

Found out that social_demo module interrupt to printing status messages.
after disabling social_demo module status messages are working fine .
SajithAthukorala → created an issue.
Having Issues with #132 ( → ) , It gives an errors on page load where we use #states attributes in fields. This may cause the page load js errors and not recommend to use it . Thank You !!!
