The University's public liability insurance covers for events on University property but this cover only includes third party bodily injury and property damage. Hopefully this will suffice, but if anything else needs covering eg cancellation etc, then event-specific cover will need to be taken out via the University and we will need to charge the cost of that to the external group
(All prices taken 18th Dec 24 based on 1 adult for 1 night 1/3/25-2/3/25)

Currently in discussions with contacts at the Faculty of Law for looking at booking the 1st and 8th March 2025 provisionally. This would be based on 3 ground floor lecture theatres, some space for coffee/lunch to be served and potentially 1-2 seminar rooms for quite space/contribution rooms.
They have sent back their charges for the Faculty and I have been in talks with the Head of Communications at the Office of External Affairs and Communications at the University of Cambridge who has expressed interest in supporting the event. I will be continuing conversations as to whether we will be able to get the discounted charges from the Faculty of Law or subsidised costings so that we can take that forward within the financial planning. Without discounts we are looking at roughly a minimum of around £3,500 for the hiring of the above for the day. I will also confirm as to in what capacity the University of Cambridge would be putting their name behind the event if it is to go ahead.
We are likely to have to still consider additional charges like paying for the cost of a member of the Faculty's Computer Officer team to be on hand for AV support due to this being out of normal working hours.

I can confirm that this is still an issue on the newer (marked 'stable' version) of Paragraphs widget. We have had this issue raised where a user did the same approach as above (added a paragraph that contained an image field, added the image, and on collapse of the paragraph to continue their work, got the alert that they had unsaved content). This produced confusion in our case to the user due to the fact the only way to then save is to save to avoid the message, is to save the whole page rather than being able to save a paragraph alone to remove the error.

Tested #5 on our site as we were having issues with this module not working and it's added the description so working great for our use case.
@e0ipso - I'm currently recreating this trying to set up storybook/drupal with the following:
Drupal 10.1.1
SDC module - 2.0.0-alpha4
CL_server - 2.0.0-beta3
I am new to Storybook/CL Servre so am unsure it could be a setup issue on my side too but I wanted to say that I'm recreating it with the most recent SDC. Happy to help with a debug and pass on a platform. I've added a screenshot of the error.
Hey @berdir,
I can confirm the mapping to taxonomy works in a D9 site as expected. I think the only time this type of mapping isn't suitable was for a simple boolean type field yes/no. The above patch for the mapping to a list_string field should work for that and prevent us needing taxonomy terms for more simple options. If this was progressed to working to save multiple options as it does for taxonomy terms that would be great.
I'll test this out on our site today if I get a chance and report back. I think it was a mis-match from the information on GatherContent's help article which stated they had to match to a variety of the simple text fields.
JennyDumitrescu → created an issue.
Hi @mathilde_dumond, I've checked the patch in #6 on our dummy site and it works fine pulling in plain text fields.
Is this supposed to also work with plain fields in paragraph fields too? Or will that be separate functionality? We have the ability to map fields into them, but they're not bringing in any content. Thanks!
