Maybe check your commit on this dev branch that were made between Feb 16, 2023 10:19:51 AM (Tests still pass https://dispatcher.drupalci.org/job/drupal8_contrib_patches/145085) and Feb 16, 2023 10:23:15 AM (Test build fail https://dispatcher.drupalci.org/job/drupal8_contrib_patches/145086/)
I don't have the time to go through your git commit log looking for the changes that break that patch who was still working for a year without being merged.
