Not sure what to do with the version for this module, but since this contrib module has a core patch hardcoded only Drupal 10.x can be supported and thus this module has a direct dependency on Drupal 10.

absoludo → made their first commit to this issue’s fork.

I can confirm the bug.
I'm running Drupal `9.5.*` & Admin Toolbar `3.3.0`.
