Working on a new site, soon to be released
Applied the patch just a few minutes ago.
This fixed all the "Undefined array key" error messages for me.
Unlike krug I did not come across any other issues, but my dev site is sparsely populated.

This is particularly irritating for Views
which is at the bottom of the Structure menu
I can see just 9 of 24 items.
I would prefer to see the sub menu placed higher alongside its parent as well as having a scrollbar as it is not easy see the list when you scroll down a small 'listbox'.
I use two small monitors 1280x1024.
These down arrows occupy so much width that they make the admin toolbar wrap so it occupies two rows and obscures the top of the page.
I had to add this to my theme to restore things:
.toolbar-tray-horizontal .level-1 > .toolbar-box .toolbar-handle { width: 2.2em; }
Not happy.
