@acbramley correct observation but, however, without the possibility to see a revision's content: the block revision feature is quite useless

Thank you @abhishek_gupta1 the patch permit the access to the configuration page,
but, after uninstall the module, clearing caches and re-install it again, other warnings are generated, resulting in a form not fully functional. The first two checkboxes don't show their labels (see the attached screenshot) and the warnings are the following:

The proposed commit add an optional textfield in the configuration:

  • if set: the month shown at the first calendar load will be the one set in the texfield,
  • if left empty: it will show the current date month

furthermore the weekdays' names array in the .js were surrounded by Drupal.t() to make them available for translation
