In cheatsheet.css the z-index of the class .block-system-main-block is set to -1 (line 13). changing this to 0 resolves the issue for me.

Added an explanatory note under the 'using composer' subheading to clarify that composer should be used to delete the codebase only after the module has been uninstalled via the admin interface. Prior to this the implication of the article was that the user could use any of three approaches to uninstall a module.
