The John Cloys testimonial is misleading. It makes it sound like he is speaking on behalf of Princeton University as a whole. John's title is Assistant Director of Web & Digital Initiatives at the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs.

I ran into this issue today. I was trying to test a branch of the Bibcite module that drops PHP 7 compatibility, and the module consistently failed under PHP 7.4.
