Hello, I tried the direct input mode and put the token in double parenthesis. But I still get the same error as below. I am using rules 4.0.0 and typed_data 2.1.0. Any idea how to fix this?

TypeError: Drupal\typed_data\PlaceholderResolver::scan(): Argument #1 ($text) must be of type string, null given, called in /rules/src/Plugin/RulesDataProcessor/TokenProcessor.php on line 69 in Drupal\typed_data\PlaceholderResolver->scan() (line 178 of modules/contrib/typed_data/src/PlaceholderResolver.php).

Also when I use the direct input mode, and put an actual email address xxx@gmail.com I still got the same error. Help please!

Thank you @DamienMcKenna for the response. I hope they will add the canonical link to the product variation entity. I am not sure how to use the current token. Can you elaborate how to to do this?

The alternative approach is to use the [commerce:current_variation] tokens, as defined in commerce_product.tokens.inc, and add them on the Product entity's meta tag defaults. You might also take a look at the Token page of the Help page, it will show you the entire token tree and it might help track down what you need.

Thanks again!

Anyone figure out how to do this?

Hi Aporie, I have another question regarding how to use the balance feature of Commerce Funds module. The total of the customer's order is $100. The customer's funds balance is only $40. When customer selects "Wallet" option, a message that reads "Not enough USD to pay this order, please make a deposit first." will be displayed. How can we realize the feature in the following way? Deduct the amount of balance ($40) from the total of the order and only ask the customer to make a payment of $60 using his payment method of choice.

Thank you!

Thank you Aporie! Yes, there is a User Balance block and it is exactly what I need.

Thank you Aporie for always prompt response. We would like display the wallet balance to the user. Can you tell me how to retrieve that value? As always, thank you for the amazing work!

Thank you Aporie. I changed the permission as you said, and it works!!

While you are here, I have another question. On the payment page, we now have the following two options. How can I relabel them?

  • Funds balance (create a new wallet)
  • Wallet (USD)

I would like to relabel

  • "Funds balance (create a new wallet)" to "Credit balance (create a new wallet)"
  • "Wallet (USD)" to "Credit Wallet (USD)".

Is it possible?

Thank you again for a great module!

Hi Aporie, I truly appreciate your prompt response. In my payment gateways, I have arranged the "Funds Balance" to be the last. However it still shows up at the default option in customer's payment options in the check out page.

In terms of creating a a new condition, what condition should be set there? I already set the "Funds Balance" option to be available only to authenticated user. But the problem is that with authenticated users, not all of them has funds in their account. So I don't want the Wallet option to be the default.

Thank you!
