@sarikak, The Drupal Core issue queue is not the ideal place for support requests. The 'support request' option is there for filing support issues for contributed modules and themes. There are several support options listed on our support page โ (Community > Support at the top of Drupal.org) and there is Drupal Slack โ . You may get better replies in one of those places.
Drupal is ready to be set up properly to parse forwarded-for headers. At this stage you may wish to consult XAMPP support or with a systems administrator to debug your specific setup.
Again, this is not a bug in Drupal.

By providing my ip address in the hosts file,
192.168.29.39 d10.local
127.0.0.1 d10.1.localI got the my ip address in the recent logs " Login attempt failed from 192.168.29.39."
Is there a way to get the ip address 192.168.29.39 when I ty to access the other site d10.1.local, which is mapped to 127.0.0.1 or localhost?
