Media Duplicate Check prevents accidental duplicate media uploads by checking filenames and showing existing media items. This module automatically detects when users try to upload files with names that already exist in the media library and provides visual feedback about existing media items.

Post-Installation

After installing the module:

Go to Configuration > Media > Media Duplicate Check (/admin/config/media/duplicate-check)

The module will automatically work with all media upload forms
