I would like to have the default client of new tickets empty instead of the present behaviour of having the default client for new tickets as the last client accessed.
The attached patch does just that.
It's important to note that the attached patch doesn't change the current default behaviour. To have the new behaviour a support administrator will have to check the new general config option Default client for new tickets should be empty.
