Drupal 7 includes a new system for manipulating uploaded images which greatly enhances the ability for site builders/administrators to handle images. These new features provide a powerful system for manipulating images and will undoubtedly be used by almost every site built in Drupal 7. The new system however is currently undocumented and one or more pages explaining how administrators can create new image styles and apply them to uploaded images will help reduce the barrier to entry for people new to image handling in Drupal 7.
Deliverables:
One or more pages that explain the configuration and use of image styles and effects in Drupal 7 through well written documentation and screen shots. Documentation should explain the process for creating a new image style, adding effects to that style, what each effect does, and provide definitions for any potentially confusing terms used in the UI.
