In IE 7 the “index.php?q=” part of the URL is missing

Not sure if this is related to issue #855498: links to taxonomy terms include the “/index.php?q=” part , but in IE7 it now seems to work just the other way around. I have a install with clean URL’s disabled but the links from nodepicker are missing the “index.php?q=” part.

The nodepicker URL’s are written like this:

[nodepicker==http://drupal-o100/node/270==1998-2002==1998-2002]

But the href’s in the output are written like this:

href="href="http://drupal-o100/node/270"

Which in this case leads to a 404.

Using:
Drupal 6.17
Wysisyg 6.x-2.1
TinyMCE 3.3.6
