I have a little setup that I try to create: I want all feed items to be published on my site but not really to be visible to all... So I tought about sending the nodes to the moderation queue, but I don't want to give the administer nodes permission to non-admins...
My plan was to setup this module so I can use the vote to 'promote' a feed item to thefront page and then build a view that will select all feed items that are promoted to the front page, to build the 'news' section of my site.
The problem is that when someone votes, the node gets unpublished automatically every time, even though all the settings are set to 'publish' in the content type settings for 'feeditem' and in each individual feed source configuration (with aggregator2).
Do you have an idea of why this is not working??? Is there any other way to send the feed items to moderation queue and then use a voting program to 'promote' them??
