remove quoted text from emails

when answering to a ticket via email, the email client will quote the original email in the reply, this text will show up in the ticket and will make the ticket page less readable
it really isnt an option to remove this manually when sending emails, as that text helps keep the email context, its just it shouldnt appear in drupal

should have an option to either remove it upon comment creation, probably some regex would be easy, or like gmail does - hide it under a link (show quoted text), what do you think?
ill deal this after i have my toy support site up :-)
