UX: Autocomplete module install

Hey,

When installing a module, instead of typing the url you should just be able to write Views 7 and then auto complete to the right version. Seems pretty simple..

Now that 📌 Remove adding an extension via a URL Fixed is done, all this code is deprecated and will be removed in D12. The UI is already gone in 11.0 and 10.4.
