Auto respond to the creating client?

I have been looking around for a couple hours but can't seem to find anything. I was curious if there was a way to send a simple reply when a ticket is created to the client saying " hey we got your email, and we are working on it! " it doesn't need to give abilty to respond or anything just a heads up that you got logged into the system. If there is no way to do this , then I am making a feature request. I will try to hack it in on my own, but my drupal-fu is weak so it will probably be a hatchet job. Thanks so much for this module, so far its working great!
