Add a link that takes to a help page for the search engines

If the module would show a link for each supported search engine that takes to a help page that gives more details for the authentication process, this would help the user. The link must take to a page that is hosted on the search engine web site, of course.

I don't actually know if every search engine has a page that explains where to find the authentication data required, but it's worth to investigate on this, IMO.

Links have been removed from the project page and the docs page never had any links.

The onus is really on the admin to be coming from one of the services and looking to verify their site, rather than going from the site and seeking out all of the verifications. A search on any of the engines provides the information they seek much better than an expired link here.
