I've noticed that when my site is in maintenance (offline) mode, users in my 'Staff' role cannot login (they just get taken back to the maintenance screen), however I can login in my 'Administrator' role.
While this is the preferred way, I'm just wondering which of the permissions allows certain users to login and others not...?
