We have sticky paragraphs tabs for big screens, but I think we could also use them for small screens. Here are examples how it could look for mobile like devices:
Top of the page:

Modal:
Paragraphs tabs on small screens are sticky now on scrolling and are horizontally stacked instead of vertically.
