Cannot delete multiple custom code components consecutively without page reload

Overview

There is an issue when attempting to delete two custom code components one after the other in the Manage Library section. After deleting the first component, trying to delete the second one does not work as expected - the confirmation pop-up does not appear, and the component cannot be deleted unless the page is reloaded.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create two custom code components, but do not add them to the components list.
2. Navigate to Manage Library → Code.
3. Delete one of the custom code components.
4. Attempt to delete the second component.
