Future proofing views source plugin

Related Display Builder issue: 📌 Merge the two ViewRowsSource plugins Active

We need to adapt our ui_patterns_views source plugins in order to be able to remove them from display_builder_views:

allow source plugins to work without a proper view object
allow source plugins to be configurable (Display builder issue: ✨ Expose view sources forms in SourceInterface::settingsForm() Active ) and with preview (Display builder issue: ✨ Preview of view sources Active ) in the future (not in the scope of current issue, but let's not block that)
